The C program, omex2netcdf.c reads ASCII files with topography information relative to the North Atlantic Ocean and saves it in netCDF format. The grid used has variable dimension scales.
This image shows the HDF Explorer generated map of the grid. The fill values are showed in grey color in the image. The variable grid size is shown in the image using the Show Grid option in the Map options. The generated omex.nc netCDF file can be opened online with HDF Explorer.
